Automation of 'Safety Education' that Overcomes Language Barriers for Foreign Technical Intern Trainees
What is a 10-minute animation that reduces interpretation costs and achieves a comprehension rate of 92%?
On-site Challenges and Solution Concept In the acceptance of foreign technical interns, the biggest barrier is the coexistence of "language and safety." Group training through interpreters requires significant time and cost, becoming a major factor in halting production lines. Additionally, there are many cases where specialized terminology and ambiguous expressions are not conveyed, leading interns to start working under the impression that they "understand," which can result in serious accident risks and quality defects. LinkBrain 10 was developed to address these urgent challenges on-site. By replacing complex work procedures and safety and health rules with "10-minute condensed animations" in the interns' native languages, we completely standardize the quality of education. While reducing interpretation costs, we establish a system that allows anyone teaching to achieve the same level of understanding. This reduces educational costs by up to 63% and creates an environment where interns can confidently perform as immediate assets.
